I contacted Michael to inspect a leaking pipe, and he promptly scheduled an inspection. I really appreciate his quick response and understanding of the urgency, as delaying repairs could have led to more costly damage. Once the issue was identified, he arranged for the work to begin immediately. While on site, we also decided to replace our vanity sink, tissue holder, and bathroom lights — and Michael readily accommodated the changes within his schedule. We’re very satisfied with the quality of his work, his responsiveness, and expertise. We’ll definitely be hiring him again for our window cleaning. Thanks Michael and team!

I purchased outdoor permanent lights during Black Friday, and I wanted someone to install them all around the house exterior. I got very lucky in that I got a Flyer from O&A left on my door advertising their various services, and outdoor light installation was one of them. I contacted them, and Mike responded in a very timely manner. I emailed him the photo of my house exterior highlighting where and how I wanted the lights installed. Mike reached out and explained how my particular lights worked and that I may need extra extensions if I wanted a specific way or ways around it and the best way to get it done. His provided a quote that was very competitive as I had requested other quoted through homestars. His quote was not the lowest but was competitive enough, and I had a good feeling about his knowledge and his communication from talking to him . That and the online reviews made my decision easier to go with O&A. I was not disappointed. They accommodated me in my request to have it done ASAP, and he booked me within one week. The team came and did the job and was done within 2 to 3 hours. They did it exactly as requested, and the results were better than I expected. I will definitely be reaching out to O&A for my other future home maintenance projects.

I came across this company's flyer in my mail box and was excited to reach out to them, Michael answered. He promised to come and see me the next day but he did not, so I called him to follow up.I was motivated to call few other companies. They requested that I send photos and the garage measurements and they were able to give me quotes. I provided these same measurements and photos to Michael, but he continued insist on visiting my home, after wasting my entire day on the previous day. This is not a company I would recommend. They promise to do one thing, but they do something else. I imagine you get what you pay for.

I hired O&A to replace my bathroom and kitchen faucets. During our initial conversation Michael was clear, concise and honest in explaining that although it may appear to be a relatively simple job there may be some unexpected complications and he provided examples. I was grateful for the advanced warning because there were a couple of issues with my pipes once Michael started the work. Michael took the time to explain the issues to me, showed me where the issues were occurring and offered solutions. It truly was an absolute pleasure to work with Michael. I asked Mike and his team to demolish my old deck and rebuild a new one, replace part of my fence and build a new gate. Mike understood what i was looking for and built just what I wanted.They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results. My neighbours are impressed!They were very accommodating with my last minute changes and were at all times polite and respectful. The quality of work was top notch. Jeff and Mike obviously take pride in their work and made sure I was satisfied with the results at each step in the process. The weather was a challenge for them (snow and cold temps in March!) but they worked hard despite the weather.I felt the cost for the project was good and he was very fair in lowering costs where possible. The quotes were well detailed. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for any project - big or small. I have a few other home improvement projects in mind and will definitely keep them in mind when I'm ready.

Just got home from the hospital, recovering from surgery, and somebody from their marketing team wrapped a flyer around my doorknob. My dog went ballistic, and I had to get out of bed to investigate which HURT. One star to the marketing team, and I am pissed.

We are very happy with the great service provided by O&A Home maintenance to supply and install our Christmas lights! I've used this company for about 3 years now! They do a neat, professional job and very polite and courteous to deal with! They even helped us set up and put out our snow man and some other decorative lights we had in our garage! Very reasonable prices and you really end up with a great deal if you continue to use them each year as they will only charge you for labour to install and uninstall after the first year! The type and quality of lights they use are also great! Our have lasted for 3 years now with no issues! This was never the case when we used to buy and install our own lights from Canadian Tire or other retail stores!

After a few years of neglecting my gutters and needing the windows cleaned I knew it was time to reach out to folks that fear no heights. Did some research, found O&A Home Maintenance, read the reviews and am happy I chose them. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, provided an estimate for the work, arrived on time(which is always something I appreciate) and completed the work. Nicholas arrived, walked around the house with me, I expressed my requirements, supplied him access to a water house and he was off to the races. Hard worker that completed the tasks and then took time to walk around and explain how he did it and tips on how to keep it up.
